DeAnna is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a passion for helping those who are struggling to find a way through their trials, by providing support and guidance, so they can become strong and confident in themselves and their abilities again. Since childhood, DeAnna has always taken comfort and direction from her faith in God and hopes to offer a place for her clients to do this within the counseling relationship. DeAnna received her MA in counseling from Spring Arbor University and attended Taylor University for her undergraduate degree. She has many years of experience working with children and adults in various settings. She works with people struggling with depression, anxiety and other mood disorders, stress management, PTSD, family and relationship issues and parenting. DeAnna often uses interventions based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, but her ultimate desire is to meet her clients where they are at and walk alongside them as they find healing.
